How to Return or Exchange an Item at Zentra Store
Need to return or exchange something? We’re here to help! You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive your request, our team will respond within 3 business days with further instructions.

  • Changed your mind?
    We can accept the return and issue a full refund (excluding shipping, depending on the case). The item must be in perfect condition.
    If used, damaged, or missing parts, a partial refund may be offered.

  • Prefer to keep the item?
    In some cases, we may offer a partial refund, and you can keep the product.

  • Want an exchange?
    We also offer exchanges or replacements depending on availability.

  • Item arrived damaged or not as described?
    If your order is faulty or incorrect, we’ll issue a full refund — including the original shipping cost — and cover return shipping.

Refunds
After we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
